Ingredients:
Jim Beam: 60 ml.
Raspberry Puree: 15 ml.
Fresh Lime Juice: 10 ml.
Egg White: 1
Strawberry cream to top
Method: In a shaker glass filled with ice pour the first four ingredients and shake well. Strain into a stem glass and layer with strawberry cream.
