Okay, I have to admit this out loud straight up: I love soaps, but I like body washes better. Why? It’s because I am always on the move, and I am doing something or the other all through the day, and sometimes late in the night. I know, I know, there are soap loyalists. But have you ever travelled to a a number of different places while carrying a soap? They will stay notoriously wet, especially when the weather is cold or moist, and you have to carry an extra case just so you can fit that in. Recently, I travelled to a few places, and I carried the new 100 ml. pack of ITC Vivel Body Wash with me, and guess what? I loved it, and I could answer the question Vivel is currently asking – why soap when you can body wash?
Here are 10 few reasons why I am loving ITC Vivel Body Wash
1. These come in 100 ml. packs. That’s cool with any airline during a security check of your handbag or cabin luggage. So I carried this through Bagdogra airport in my cabin luggage thrice, and there were no issues whatsoever.
2. The packaging is flat. That means, you can easily lay this down in the bottom of your backpack, or put it in the side flap of your gym or swimming bag easily. It saves space, and makes it easy to carry it around.
3. Plus, the strong safety cap makes it difficult for the product to spill out. That means, no mess inside the bag you’re carrying it in.
4. I like how quickly it lathers up, even in hard water.
5. This is like an all-purpose product for me – I have used it as a body wash, hand wash, and as a face wash in a pinch. It cleans up my skin, getting rid of dust, and smells great.
6. The products do not leave my skin feeling dry afterwards, which has been an issue with me before while using body washes. They leave my skin feeling soft afterwards.
7. You just need a little bit. So far, I have used the Mint one 10-11 times and I can still see at least half of it remaining.
8. The 100 ml. pack comes with a tiny loofah which is very travel-friendly, because it dries pretty easily. Also, it’s easy to carry around – just put it in a plastic bag!
9. The smell of these things! I love the lavender one, because I love lavender in general, it is so soothing! But the mint one was a surprise – the strong, fresh scent of mint underscored by a hint of cucumber. Fantastic for an after-swim shower.
10. Best thing? Soaps often get moist and leave residue wherever you leave them –on the soap dish, in the soap rack, on a wet parapet – there is no such thing happening here. That’s what I absolutely love and would recommend it to others.
Currently, the new ITC Vivel Body Wash is available in a number of flavors in different online portals and in stores, and the new ones are quite nice. I would recommend these for their summery, fresh smell, packaging, and cost-effectiveness.
