The models were so hot that they scorched the ramp ablaze and the shortlisted fashion designers watched their muse take the ramp by storm at the final run for glory. The scenario at “Jabong Online Fashion Week” grand finale was nothing short of a fashion battlefield. 
All the cameras at the grand finale turned their flash-on when Bollywood’s latest heartthrob, Aditya Roy Kapoor, and the Girl-Next-Door, Yami Gautam, added the extra glamor quotient, and pranced onto the ramp with élan. 
From ‘boho town’, ‘quintessentially retro’ to ‘sartorial dash’ and ‘officially mod’, these new aspirants and endowed designers laid out some stylish and chic creations at the Jabong Online Fashion Week!
The fashion radiant event was attended by Mr. Praveen Sinha, Founder and Managing Director –, Mr. Arun Mehra, CEO, Talenthouse India, and Ms. Rashmi Virmani, Show Director, JOFW.
Elucidating on the thriving success of Jabong Online Fashion Week, Mr. Praveen Sinha, Founder and MD of Jabong said, “When we came up with the idea of Jabong Online Fashion Week, the only thought process was to bring upon a radical change in the online fashion industry. Our sole motive was to polish the gigantic amount of talent our country has and present it to the world to see. I am elated by the unprecedented response this initiative has received in its first season itself. Through this, we hope to change the dynamics around which the fashion industry functions and make it adept to the new-age eccentric talent that we have pooled. These young artists are now ready to take the fashion industry by storm”.

“Jabong Online Fashion Week” witnessed its climax on July 30, 2014 at Hotel Le Meridian, Delhi as it announced the final winners across three categories: Hair, Makeup, and Photographer. The artists were not only mentored by a panel of highly reputed jury which included names like super model Carol Gracias and renowned hair and makeup artist Samantha Kochhar, but the final decision to crown the winners rested upon them as well.

Aditya Roy Kapoor looked super cool while walking the ramp for Nitin Bal Chauhan and Yami Gautam looked absolutely stunning as she walked the ramp for Rajdeep Ranawat. The event had the who’s who of the fashion circuit present in the audience appreciating and cheering the contestants and the two show stoppers, Aditya and Yami.  The presence of such high octane celebrities provided the contestants with much needed motivation to the last few ticking moments as the winners were finally announced. 
The event was also showcased on starting from July 28 till the final day for the general public. I have already talked about that in the posts which has links here and here., India’s leading fashion destination,started its on-ground search for the next heir of fashion industry in partnership with Talenthouse India, SEA’s largest crowd sourcing agency, two months ago  through world’s first online fashion week – Jabong Online Fashion Week.  
This unique concept received an overwhelming response as soon as it went on floors and entertained thousands of entries under all categories following which a coveted jury panel was set up to hone the skills of the chosen few. The jury included some reputed names from the fashion industry with actress Yami Gautam as the celebrity mentor and gave personalized grooming tips to the final contestants for final showdown.  
The Grand Finale of Jabong Online Fashion Week finally gave the fashion industry three aspiring artist across three categories, which were as follows –  Ashish Gurbani (Best Photographer), Vipin Arora (Best Makeup artist), Arvind Sharma (Best Hair artist).
