Keeping in mind, a large number of the patrons of Yauatcha are Vegetarian, the brand has launched an exciting new range of healthy additions to its Vegetarian menu. The new additions in the menu includes Vegetable spicy soup with Chinese cabbage, Vegetable pinenut dumpling, Pok choi and carrot dumpling, Shredded daikon puff in the soups and dim sum menu. In the stir fry segment, you would find French bean and water chestnut in Szechuan sauce, Wok fried vegetarian chicken with mountain chilli sauce, Golden fried mock meat with sanpei sauce, and Stir fry tofu asparagus with 5 spice salt pepper. Choose from some of the newly added staples, like the Vegetable Toban Fried Rice and the Vegetable Mahlak Udon Noodles. The menu items are a part of the a-la-carte menu and are available at Yauatcha’s Quest Mall outlet.
