I came across this amazing blog recently, and I was totally and utterly zapped by this concept of craving.
Christie is craving Xiao Long Bao, or Soup Dumplings, and that was, at that point of time, EXACTLY what I was craving too.
Christie is craving Xiao Long Bao, or Soup Dumplings, and that was, at that point of time, EXACTLY what I was craving too.
However, now that particular urge is gone, and I am craving something else.
Guess what?
This. Pork curry with rotis.
Made by me. I miss the fact that recently to my utter despair pork has become much leaner. WHY WHY WHY?? I love you fatty pork, come back to me and be my love.
Without you, I cannot make this.
I feel like I have… failed.
That’s not a good feeling.
Come back. Come back to me.
Before I go on any further, I need to control myself.

Thank you.
Very nice post and interesting to read …. I love visiting this blog.
Woohoo! I don't mind at all! Have a lovely day!!
Sorry for my late reply… thank you SO much for joining in! Have added your link to my post. This pork curry looks fantastic! I just bought some pork loin chops today to have for dinner so we are in sync 🙂
It was actually. The meat mixed with fat and melted on my tongue. I was in heaven.
This curry looks fabulous! We don't have a lot of pork curries but this one sounds great 🙂
I will write a step-by-step one which is slightly more elaborate than this one. This one was made with minimum ingredients, and a lot of patience.
I am quite humbled by this. As I consider myself to be a horrible photographer, I do take this statement as a compliment.
I read your blog less and scroll through the pictures more. It's entirely your fault, though.
How about posting the recipe, Poorna? The husband is oh so fond of pork! Fatty pork, that is.
