A few days ago, I was sent a package from TRESemmé, courtesy Indiblogger’s review program. The package contained a bottle of the new Split Remedy Shampoo and Conditioner, and I was quite interested in the new launch, mostly because my hair does have a split ends issue. They sent over a cute package in a black silk bag, with a little note that talked about how TRESemmé Split Remedy Shampoo and Conditioner, used together, can reduce split ends issue, and the results are visible quite early, as early as the third wash.
I immediately started applying the shampoo and the conditioner after receiving. I have to say, at first I was slightly skeptical about the claim. My hair has split ends, and I do have issues with my hair tangling all the time. This product was supposed to make my hair look good and feel good too!
I liked the fact that you did not need a lot of shampoo to wash hair. In fact, I needed just a bit to wash my hair. I needed a bit more of the conditioner than regular, but that’s okay.
I tried the shampoo every third day, as is my routine, for 3 weeks. I saw a few marked changes. First, my hair stopped getting snared too much. Right after the second wash, I could see that my hair was feeling soft, and straight. I also saw that my hair was looking much better, and had a lovely shine to it. It did reduce the split ends issue for me, and I like it personally.
Overall, I feel that this product does what it says, and I would be using it in the near future.
