Lisa Ray |
Lisa Ray, the brand ambassador of Rado was recently in town for the launch of a range of exquisite diamond timepieces for women at Exclusive Lines, Mani Square Mall, Kolkata. I could not resist the chance of meeting her again, and had a lovely time chatting with her. “I think diamonds are a girl’s best friend, and these are not just beautiful watches, every one of these can be considered an investment as well, ” Lisa noted. “The designs are smart, the material is lightweight, and then there’s the flash from the diamonds. Who can resist that?”.
I had to admit, the designs were definitely different, and the assortment of colours were remarkable. “I recently bought a Rado watch for my husband, and he loves it”, Lisa added with a smile. “I think each of these are a classic, and I love the fact that there’s something to suit everyone.”
Simran Chandhoke |
Speaking about the designs, the Brand Manager of Rado, Simran Chandhoke mentioned that Rado was the pioneer in bringing ceramic to the world of watch making, and one of the major features where it scores over metal is the fact that it is completely hypoallergenic, and would not react against the skin, which is an issue with many people. Plus, it is scratch resistant, and lightweight, so it would not weight your wrist down.

If you look at the dial, you would see the diamonds around the bezel of the watches as well as in the dial, and the manner in which it add a certain sense of élan to the designs. The glitter and sparkle is perfect for the upcoming festive season, which would be followed by the wedding season, so if you are thinking about gifting that special someone something truly exquisite, this is your chance. There are a number of designs to choose from, as well as an assortment of colours, for both men and women.
