  1. Jhinka, all it needs is some really dark chocolate and hot cream. Take 200 gm. chocolate, cut into pieces and put in a bowl, and pour 50 ml. hot cream on it. Cover and leave premises for 5 minutes. Return and stir to combine. Chocolate Ganache is done. Cool to firm it up.

  2. Oh please tell how to make! I recently ate a very nice chocolate fondant in Coonoor. Do you have a good recipe for that too?
