Only Pictures. Though these, along with words and thoughts are too easily imitated, it can never take place of the pleasure I experience when I see someone biting into a slice of this beautiful cake, or the pleasure in making it, thinking of the people who I want to see happy.

Jhinka, all it needs is some really dark chocolate and hot cream. Take 200 gm. chocolate, cut into pieces and put in a bowl, and pour 50 ml. hot cream on it. Cover and leave premises for 5 minutes. Return and stir to combine. Chocolate Ganache is done. Cool to firm it up.
Send me a calcuttan's version of a chocolate ganache recipe, can you?
I do for both. I will send the recipe via e-mail.
Oh please tell how to make! I recently ate a very nice chocolate fondant in Coonoor. Do you have a good recipe for that too?
