Okay, I ate you yesterday night. I cooked the entire 1.1 kilo you whole, without trimming you off your fat, barely keeping your innards for a further tasting session, and seasoned you with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, butter and thyme. And then I roasted you at 180 degrees centigrade for an hour. You came out beautiful, brown and perfect. I love you.
